About this tool

Fake GPU Crash is a free online fake screen simulator. Full-screen colorful garbled display, color block tearing. Prank your friends with convincing fake screens. It runs entirely in your browser — no download or sign-up needed.

After opening it, the screen flashed briefly, and then a system prompt popped up saying "Display that the driver has stopped responding and has been restored", accompanied by the words NVIDIA, AMD or Intel's driver name, restoring the classic scene of automatic system recovery after the graphics card driver crashed. The driver brand, flashing number and recovery copy can all be customized, and the specific driver version number can even be forged.

The effect is performed by the front end and will not really affect the operation of the graphics card or trigger a driver reset; it will resume when the page is closed. If you want to act scary, you can pop up when the other party has just finished playing a high-definition game and the computer is still hot, so that the "real hot + false error reporting" can confirm each other, as if the graphics card is really on the verge of collapse.

It is suitable for teasing game players-the moment "Is your graphics card going to explode?" can scare them out of cold sweat; it is also often used as a part of funny videos such as "The computer configuration is not good", or a demonstration material for hardware science, which leads to the topic of "How to see the true status of the graphics card".

Reminder: If the other party's graphics card is really old or has just failed, please don't add fuel to the fire; after making a joke, it will be fake, so that the other party will not actually place an order for a new graphics card or uninstall the driver and reinstall it overnight.

The fake graphics card driver crash simulates a pop-up window that "shows that the driver has stopped responding and has recovered". It is equipped with a flashing screen, making gamers think that the graphics card really can't hold it.
